Refund Policy – Update Helper

We want your experience with Update Helper to be simple and transparent. This policy explains when and how refunds are available for our service.

When You Can Request a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • ✅ You paid for our service but did not complete your form submission, or
  • ✅ You requested cancellation before your information was submitted for processing.

To request a refund, email support@updatehelper.com within 14 days of payment. Please include your name and email used during the application.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • ✅ Your application was fully submitted via our platform.
  • ✅ Your details were already reviewed or formatted by our team.
  • ✅ You were ineligible to use our service (e.g. not a GB resident or currently disqualified).
  • ✅ Your application was rejected or delayed by the DVLA — we are not responsible for their processing.

Additional Notes

  • ✅ Our service fee of £19.99 covers time, review, and support — not the issuance of a driving licence.
  • ✅ We do not charge subscriptions or recurring fees.
  • ✅ If you made a mistake on your form, contact us quickly. We may be able to help correct it before submission.
